Payment Terms:

• 50% advance, at the time of booking confirmation.
• 50% balanced payment to be done, 30 days prior to the travel date.
• 100% payment, if booking within 30 days to the travel date.

Cancellation Charges:

• 30 Days prior to date of arrival - 30% of the total bill will be charged.
• 29 Days to 15 Days, prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total bill will be charged.
• 14 Days or less, prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total bill will be charged.
• Due to Lockdown / suspension imposed by Govt., we shall adjust the advance payment for your next tours.

All the arrangements for the tour are pre-planned and prepaid. Once the tour has commenced, refunds cannot be offered for any unused or unutilized services due to any reason whatsoever for non-completion of the tour.

 Extra expenses due any alteration must be paid extra by the travellers.

User Rights:

While you use our site, you are prohibited to download any material (information or software) on New Route Journeys’ website for personal, non-commercial or even transitory viewing. You are not supposed to:

• modify or copy the materials.
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
